Carvana Cash Reward Terms and Conditions

You may be eligible for $100 Cash Reward when you purchase a vehicle through the Love My Credit Union Rewards (LMCUR) site and Carvana.  Please read below to see if you qualify and how to obtain your Cash Reward.  By submitting a Registration Form you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions. 


General Eligibility Requirements: 

  1. You must have made a Completed Purchase (defined below) prior to 12/31/22 at 11:59 pm ET.
  2. You must have made your Completed Purchase through the LMCUR site from Carvana.  You must first visit carvana.lovemycreditunion.org and use the shopping links to Carvana.com/lmcur within the LMCUR site to complete your vehicle purchase. Purchases made directly through Carvana or through any other means are not eligible to earn a Cash Reward. 
  3. You must fully and accurately complete and submit the Cash Reward registration form (Registration Form) found at carvana.lovemycreditunion.org within thirty (30) days of Completed Purchase. 

Cash Reward Definitions: 

  1. Cash Reward: A cash deposit of $100.00 per Completed Purchase will be made to your credit union account or other financial institution account designated by you on the Registration Form (Member Account).  
  2. Completed Purchase: Vehicle was (a) purchased from Carvana from the LMCUR site; (b) delivered to you;  (c) seven days has passed since delivery of the vehicle; and (d) you have not returned the vehicle to Carvana.  
  3. Registration Form:  Form available at carvana.lovemycreditunion.org.  

Payment of Cash Reward 

  1. To claim your Cash Reward after a Completed Purchase, complete and submit the Registration Form on the LMCUR Carvana product page within Thirty Days (30) after a Completed Purchase.  Any incomplete or inaccurate information may result in forfeit of your Cash Reward.    
  2. The Cash Reward is issued by CU Solutions Group. Allow 6-8 weeks for Cash Reward to be deposited to your Member Account. Any incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you may result in forfeit of your Cash Reward. LMCUR will make two (2) attempts to deposit the Cash Reward to your Member Account via ACH deposit.  If the ACH deposit to your Member Account fails after two attempts the Cash Reward will be forfeited.   
  3. If you disable “cookies” on your device, you will not be able to earn a Cash Reward because cookies are used to authenticate the user and verify that the Member Account is eligible for the Cash Reward.   
  4. Cash Reward will be forfeited for any of the following reasons: 
    1. You fail to make your Completed Purchase through the LMCUR site from Carvana found here: carvana.com/lmcur.  Purchases made directly through Carvana or through any other means are not eligible to earn a Cash Reward. 
    2. You fail to fully and accurately complete the Registration Form and/or fail to submit the Registration Form within thirty (30) days of your Completed Purchase.
    3. The deposit to your Member Account fails after two attempts.  (LMCUR will attempt to contact you after the transfer fails the first time only).
  5. The Cash Reward is not transferrable and can only be paid to the purchaser of the vehicle.  No exceptions will be made.
  6. LMCUR and Carvana are not affiliated entities.  LMCUR is not responsible for any failure or delay in remitting the Cash Reward.  LMCUR is not responsible for undeliverable payments or payments delivered to the wrong account through no fault of LMCUR or for payment errors made by payment partners, like PayPal or the depository institution.
  7. Additional requirements: You must not be a resident of a country subject to economic or trade sanctions by the U.S. State Department or U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) or be listed as a “Specially Designated National,” a “Specially Designated Global Terrorist,” a “Blocked Person” or similar designation under the OFAC sanctions regime. You further agree to provide additional information that may reasonably request to verify your identity as a condition for receiving payment.
  8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF DAMAGES:  EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE LMCUR WEBSITE, THE CASH REWARD OFFER IS “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, LMCUR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITH OR WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICLUAR PURPOSE RELATED TO THE LMCUR  SITE AND CASH REWARD.   

EXCEPT IN THE EVENT OF A BREACH OF PAYMENT OF THE CASH REWARD TO THE EXTENT PURCHASE MEETS ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.  IN ADDITION, TO THE EXTENT LMCUR FAILS TO PAY THE CASH REWARD AS SET FORTH HEREIN, IN NO EVENT SHALL LMCUR’S DAMAGE LIABLITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR UNDER ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABLITY, EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).  LMCUR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RELATED TO THE PURCHASED VEHICLE’S DELIVERY, CONDITION, OPERATION OR ANY DEFECT OR PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF ANY KIND BY CARVANA.
